This is a blog that documents our life as twenty-somethings living in a 19-foot R.V. in Southern California. (Hence the name, B (Brittan) S (Stevie) in an R.V.)

Brittan: I have just finished up college, earning a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Health Science and a Single-Subject Teaching Credential in Health Education.
I have many interests, including but definitely not limited to: reading, surfing, crafts, running, hanging with my friends, getting coffee and walking, and using too many exclamation marks!
There are many reasons I moved into an R.V., which include: wanting a simpler life, owning less "things" (I'm a self-proclaimed pack rat), not wanting to pay high-rent prices to live in Southern California, wanting to get out of my comfort zone and experience some personal growth, and also wanting to have an adventure of a life. Mostly though, I wanted to confront myself with.... myself, and find out who I really am and how I react to certain situations in life, like a lack of distractions (television (namely Netflix), internet, roommates, etc.) and, well... consistent electricity :)
I have wanted to start a blog for the past five years, but could never find the right "focus" or name. Well, ever since the idea of living in an R.V. was born, so was the name and focus of this blog. I see it as meant to be and finally have the time to be persistent in my efforts to start a blog.
